Roles and quick guides
Pick a quest, learn by doing, unlock new roles. No roles are open yet; joining opens later through Project OS.
How it works
- Each task is a quest with a clear finish line.
- Open roles need no training; quick training unlocks more.
- Badges and opt-in seasonal leaderboards. Hours, speed and risk are never scored.
- Shifts last 2 hours at most, and no one works over 10 hours a day. Safety-critical work stays with paid staff.
